The Movie Ops Pocot scenario tells the story of three different men. Each has a passive character, and always oppressed by the people around them. Azli a young man, who is single and works as a guard keselamatandi a supermarket. Azlih are very tired asleep in any way. Mazlan a timid young man who works in a private company. He was always bullied by his colleagues and even from childhood he was bullied friends .Wahid is a quiet and working in an agency providing foreign workers. Their attitude is make their leaders to take steps to introduce them to the motivational camps run by the Ikatan Relawan Malaysia (RELA).
The main purpose of registering their heads they are to assist in changing their lifestyle. While the motivation camps, they were also acquainted with Hairi, Bob and Gaye. Equally involved in camp is Azie, Mala, and Ann. During their participation in the camp this motivation, they are trained by a retired soldier of the former Mr. Bad is famed for its fierce and garangya attitude. A variety of anecdotes that occurred during their participation REAL joined this camp. Starting with a severe training by Mr. Bad and delinquency, Bob Gaye, Ad and Hairi until the seeds of love between Azie, Mala, and Ann on Azli, Mazlan, and Wahid. Is this successful motivational camps or otherwise change their behavior?
